Product & Fit
Rukvest is the weighted vest with even, full-surface load distribution for comfort and stability. Ranger is a lightweight storage layer worn over Rukvest to carry essentials hands-free; it does not add weight.
Yes. The vest is designed for even distribution and a low-bounce feel so it moves with you during runs, stairs and HIIT. Fit it snugly before training.
Start lighter for cardio/HIIT and increase gradually for rucks or strength circuits. We’ll offer multiple fixed-weight options so you can progress sensibly. (See our Size & Weight Guide for simple starting points.)
Rukvest uses a body-moulding weighted-gel / soft-iron sand-and-gel style core encased in a durable, easy-clean Lycra-blend shell—built for comfort and everyday use.
Yes—its close, balanced profile is designed to sit comfortably either over a tee or under a light shell, provided the fit is snug.
For short to moderate efforts, many users carry their phone, keys and snacks with Ranger instead of a pack; it’s designed to sit close over Rukvest for a stable, low-bounce carry. For longer outings, you may still choose a backpack.
Use, Care & Safety
As a rule of thumb, begin lighter to focus on form, then increase load gradually as your capacity builds. Our Size & Weight Guide consolidates simple starting points. (Listen to your body and adjust as needed.)
Wipe down after sessions; hand-wash cold; air dry. Do not tumble dry or bleach. Check your product label for any extra care notes.
No—Rukvest is fitness equipment for general training. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Clinical Pathway
REMS (Radiofrequency Echographic Multi-Spectrometry) is a non-invasive, radiation-free method that uses advanced ultrasound to assess bone density and quality. Bone Compass provides REMS scans and a report you can share with your healthcare professional. If you’re new to loaded movement, understanding your baseline can support informed training choices.
Bone Compass lists clinics in Victoria and Brisbane (QLD); locations evolve, so check the site for the latest addresses and bookings.
